Two-week sprint at 208 Studios. The hyper-casual brief: drawing-based mobile puzzler, addictive in 30 seconds, polished enough to test for retention.

Hyper-casual is a constraint discipline. Every system has to be obvious in 5 seconds, satisfying in 5 minutes, and shippable in 5 days. The architecture trick is keeping everything decoupled so the design team can tune parameters in real time without rebuilds.
